This is a painting by Kathy Fincher. This photo was a hard, but fun photo to try capture. Trying to find all the right props were difficult, but once you put it all together, it is fun to have the "actor" try mimic how the painting was done.
This is my favorite photo of all the photos that I took for this assignment, because I like how they are all so happy. I think that the lighting is good and the photo is crisp and clear.
This photo is my favorite photo from the four photos that I took. I like how the guys in the background are blurry, and you can tell who is "in charge".
I really like this photo because I love the feeling of elegance in it. Kilian Schönberger makes this photo seem so soft, but yet everything seems so crisp. The river leads ones eye to the mountain, where you can only see the top of it. Even though there isn't much color in this photo, the contrast still works well. Rules of third are also part of this picture.
This photo is taken by Elke Vogelsang. I really like this photo because it has very good contrast between the dog and the background. The dog totally stands out and the cloth wrapped around the dogs head, also has contrast. I like how the rules of third is also incorporated. By being able to see texture on the dog and the difference in color (its fur and whiskers) it really makes this photo stand out even more.
I like this shot because you can tell that it shows action, but it doesn't look like they are moving at all. There is no blurriness of the photo, which really helps show that there is some sort of "action" in it.
